Provide information to clients, concerning travel programs, destinations and general travel advice for Borneo.
Able to participate in travel fair and road shows
Respond efficiently and timely, while maintaining a healthy relationship with the new and existing clients, agents and representatives.
Resolves all inquiries/ complaints from clients and ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsible for making sure that all costing quotes for tours are accurate and checking of invoice accuracy from suppliers.
Identify clients interests and match them accordingly to the tour programs promoted by Outback Venture.
Preparing Invoices for closed sales using computer software;
Monitoring and follow up with clients on the fulfillment of bookings, invoicing and processing of payment.
Plan and prepare costing for itineraries, including other documents upon booking.
Able to meet sales target and maintain good work rapport with other departments.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Diploma in Tourism or any related field, with minimum of 1 year working experience.
Able to prioritize, manage time and work to daily assignments and deadlines.
Able to work independently with limited supervision.
Excellent command of English skills in writing, listening and reading.
Flexible and good interpersonal skills.
Good problem solving skill in solving various range of problems that arise with clients during the booking and throughout the trips.
High standards of customer service and good communication skills.
Good decision making, responsible and proactive.
Outgoing personality, energetic and willing to work hard.
