Booking Terms and Conditions

All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A payment of 60% is required as a booking confirmation (for reservation made more than 3 months). Note that bookings are not confirmed until Outback Venture Sdn Bhd receives a deposit, upon which customer will receive a confirmation invoice. The remaining balance need to be cleared at least one month before the tour commence.
For all last minute bookings (tours commence in less than 7 days) are based on availability on the respective date(s) requested and a full payment is required to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

AMENDMENT OF BOOKINGS

Any amendments to booking after payment made will be charged at a minimum RM50 per amendment in addition to charges imposed by other service providers concerned.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should there be any booking cancellation made by the customer prior to the final payment date of your tours, your non-refundable deposit will be retained. The following is our standard cancellation fees apply to all booking cancellations.
Less than 60 days prior to tour date a 60% cancellation fee will apply
Less than 30 days prior to tour date a 80% cancellation fee will apply
Less than 14 days prior to tour date a 100% cancellation fee will apply

REFUND

No refund can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, transportation, or any portion of services that are included in the tour fare but not utilised.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Please check and update your travel documents required prior to entering Malaysia (passport & visa). For more info please double check with your local immigration/authorities for a confirmation.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend guests to purchased personal travel insurance from their respective country before traveling abroad.

UNFORESEEN MATTERS
Outback Venture Sdn Bhd (KPK/LN 8800) reserves the right to alter, curtail, extend or cancel the tour itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if found to be in the best interests of all concerned. Customer is exempted from making any claim for compensation or and loss in consequence of the said alteration, curtailment, extension or cancellation the tour itineraries. This would include any means by Acts of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, riots, acts of war, strikes, civil commotion, legislative actions by the government, the military or other authority, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, bankruptcy, default of any suppliers or service connected with the tour, fraud committed against Outback Venture Sdn Bhd.
